**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for criminal law and a strong desire to advocate for clients.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct legal research using tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts
- Represent clients in court proceedings, administrative hearings, and negotiations
- Provide legal administrative support to senior attorneys
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client representation
**Requirements:**
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in Illinois.
- Proven experience in legal research, writing, and litigation
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively
- Proficiency in Legal drafting and Legal administrative tasks
